Dr. Shvetha Zarek, M.D., FACOG, is a double board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility specialist, serving patients throughout Birmingham, Mid-Missouri, and Southern Illinois. Originally from Washington, D.C., she has proudly cared for patients in Illinois and Missouri for more than 15 years, helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of parenthood through personalized, evidence-based fertility care. 

Dr. Zarek earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The George Washington University, and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Her nationally recognized training and commitment to innovation allow her to provide the latest advancements in fertility treatment while delivering compassionate, individualized care. 

Passionate about making fertility care more accessible, Dr. Zarek believes that exceptional care should be transparent, affordable, and patient-centered. In her practice, she emphasizes education, open communication, and a supportive, compassionate environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their family-building journey. Her commitment to excellence has earned her recognition as Missouri's #1 Reproductive Endocrinologist, a Castle Connolly and St. Louis Magazine Top Doctor for seven consecutive years, and a recipient of the 2025 St. Louis Business Journal Most Influential Women in Business Award. 

          Lisa Ray is a nationally known and respected embryologist who earned her Master’s in Reproductive Physiology from Southern Illinois University.  She is certified as a Technical Supervisor in both Embryology and Andrology as well as an Embryology Lab Director (ELD), and she has contributed to this field for almost 30 years.  She owns and manages ART Labs Unlimited, an IVF Laboratory consulting business.  She is currently the Laboratory Director/ Technical Supervisor for several programs across the United States.  She prides herself and her staff on long-term relationships with both staff and patients.  She attributes much of her success to creating a well-rounded experience for her patients and the healthcare team.  She is dedicated to achieving high success rates using innovative technology and a team mentality. 

          Ms. Ray has two awesome young adult daughters.  She is a foodie who enjoys family, traveling, outdoor activities, and music.
